We will reteach running mechanics, breaking down the cycle piece by piece to perfect each individual part to then put it all together. Breaking down the cycle gives us the clinicians and the athlete a better understanding of where they need improvements. Using video analysis to help cue them into how to get proper form. By doing this it allows the athlete to fix their small mistakes to reach better overall running mechanics which in turn improves speed, mechanics and simply overall performance.

Yes, chiropractic care can be effective in treating sport injuries, including sprains, strains, and joint pain. Since athletes put a great amount of stress on their bodies on a daily basis chiropractic care first helps with opening up the joints along with increasing movement in the spine. Here at ChiroMechanics a variety of work is done on top of the adjustment. This includes soft tissue work, corrective exercises to help strengthen muscles that are weak and stretching or loosening up muscles that seem to be tight or over activated. This will in turn help you hold your adjustment longer and be able to reach your optimal potential!
